1993年7月于清华大学电机系本科毕业,获工学学士学位;1998年7月于清华大学电机系博士毕业;1998-2001 年于美国密苏里大学从事博士后研究;2001-2002年任美国新英格兰独立调度公司高级软件工程师;2002年9月任清华大学电机系副教授,2009年晋升教授。IEEE Senior Member,CIGRE Member,中国电机工程学会会员。2009年教育部新世纪优秀人才。主要研究方向为电力系统分析与控制,包括智能电网快速仿真与模拟,风电并网后的电力系统稳定性分析理论与方法,电力系统紧急控制与风险评估,微电网规划、仿真、分析、运行及控制理论与技术。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)、国家高技术研究发展计划(863)、国家电网公司、南方电网公司等项目20多项。在国内外发表论文140余篇,其中 SCI/EI 收录100余篇,授权发明专利17项 , 出版著作1部。
