教学科研情况

　　承担《光电子技术》和《光学信息处理》课程教学。科研工作目前主要开展半导体中电子自旋弛豫动力学，磁光记录中磁化翻转动力学和高速光通讯、磁光存储器件等方面的研究。为新一代半导体自旋电子器件的新原理、新结构进行探索。
