  杜慧滨,天津大学管理与经济学部教授、博士生导师、学部副主任;国家重点研发计划项目首席,国家自然科学基金重点项目负责人,《EnergyPolicy》副主编。学术成果发表在《系统工程学报》,NatureClimateChange,WaterResearch,EnergyEconomics,JournalofEnvironmentalManagement,TransportationResearchPartA:PolicyandPractice等国内外期刊;提交的研究报告和政策建议得到生态环境部等政府部门省部级领导批示,部分建议以《人民日报》内参的形式发送至中办、国办在内的副部级以上单位供决策者参考;担任中国“双法”研究会能源经济与管理研究分会副秘书长、常务理事,低碳发展管理分会常务理事,中国系统工程学会资源能源系统工程分会、生态环境系统工程分会常务委员,天津市系统工程学会秘书长等学术兼职。
