　　►基本情况
　　聂建强,男,1964年10月生,江苏省丹阳人,瑞士伯尔尼大学法学博士(summa cum laude),现任武汉大学法学院教授(博士生导师),武汉大学国际法研究所副所长。
　　聂建强教授兼任瑞士世界贸易研究院(World Trade Institute)研究人员, 曾在瑞士伯尔尼大学(攻读博士 2000.12 – 2005.10)，瑞士比较法研究所(访问学者 1999.10 – 2000.11), 香港大学法律学院(普通法深造文凭 1998.09 – 1999.05)，美国哥伦比亚大学法学院(访问学者 1993.08 – 1994.10)留学。
　　聂建强教授出版了英文专著《The Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in China》（2006年11月由英国伦敦的CAMERON MAY出版社出版，2007年4月再次印刷); 发表了“Towards China’s Greater Influence on the World Finances: A Legal Analysis of Chinese Direct Oversea Investment”（published by Routledge, May 2009），“Towards a Harmonious World: Chinese Historical Conceptions of World Order”(《中国国际私法与比较法年刊》2007年)，The ”Report on Counterfeit and Piracy in China” (经济与合作组织的国别咨询报告2006年）, “Several New Issues Relating to the Enforcement of the Enforcement Provisions of the TRIPS Agreement under the WTO Dispute Settlement System”(武大国际法评论第五卷）等英文论文.
　　聂建强教授承担了瑞士国家科学基金项目“知识产权协定与中国的知识产权执法：对良治，法治，法律文化的影响”（2001年10月1日至2003年9月30日）（已完成），主持“和谐世界”理念下国际知识产权制度重构的若干法律问题研究（国家社科基金08BFX083），“二十一世纪国际知识产权制度发展中的若干重大法律问题研究”（教育部人文社科基地重大课题07JJD820163）等科研项目。
