武汉大学信息管理学院导师介绍：颜海

　　颜海，男，生于1962年12月。管理学博士、副教授、硕士生导师。中国档案学会会员。出版著作3部，参编教材1部，发表论文42篇，其中权威期刊论文4篇、EI、ISTP检索论文各1篇、核心期刊论文25篇；多篇论文被转载。参与国家社科基金项目2项，参与教育部重大项目2项，主持和参与湖北省教研项目2项。2005年获武汉市人文社会科学研究成果优秀奖；2006年至2009年曾3次荣获武汉大学教研论文一等奖；主讲档案信息资源开发利用、档案馆管理、咨询理论与实务、电子政务原理与应用、管理学原理、政务信息管理等课程。研究方向为：政府信息资源管理、电子政务等。

　　Teacher Profile

Yan Hai, male, was born in December, 1962. He is now a Ph.D in Management Science, Associate Professor, Master Instructor and a member of Chinese Archives Society. He has authored three scientific books, co-edited one textbook and published 42 journal articles, including four issued in authoritative periodicals, one retrieved in each EI and ISTP, and 25 printed in core journals. Some articles have been reproduced and cited for many times. He has participated in two projects supported by National Social Science Funds and two major programs of Education Ministry. He also served as the leader of two researching and teaching projects of Hubei Province. In 2005, he won the excellent awards of humanities and social sciences in Wuhan. From 2006 to 2009, he gained the first prize of excellent research papers in Wuhan University for three times. He mainly teaches the courses of “Development and Utilization of Information Resources files”, “Science of Archives Management”, “Theory and Practice of Counseling”, “Principles and Applications of E-government Affairs”, “Principles of Management Science”, as well as “Government Information Management”. His main research areas are focused on the government Information Resources Management and E-government affairs.
