  简历

  1999年本科毕业于中山大学物理系,2006年日本东京大学理学院物理系获博士学位。在日本物质材料研究机构工作4年后,于2010年加入上海交通大学物理与天文系,现为该系长聘教授,博士生导师,教育部青年长江学者(2015),上海市曙光学者(2015)。曾获新世纪优秀人才计划(2014),上海市浦江人才计划(2011)支持。

  主要研究工作是利用以分子束外延法(MBE)在晶体表面/界面制备新颖的低维量子体系(拓扑薄膜材料,超导薄膜等),通过扫描隧道显微镜(STM)和原位电导及抗磁测量系统等分析与表征手段,探寻新奇的量子现象,探索量子调控的有效手段和方式。近五年来,一直致力于拓扑薄膜材料和超导薄膜等低维体系地量子态及其相关量子现象的研究,与科研合作者一道(1)率先生长制备出了具有原子尺度平整界面的拓扑绝缘体/超导体异质结,并观测到了Majorana费米子存在的迹象;(2)发明了一台与商用STM兼容的原位微区四探针电输运测量系统和抗磁特性测量系统,其关键部件获得国家发明专利证书;(3)首次在100K以上测量到了界面增强超导薄膜的零电阻特性,这也是首次在铁基超导体材料当中测得液氦温度以上的超导特性。近五年来共发表SCI收录论文30余篇,其中有10篇发表于Science,Naturephysics,NatureCommunications,Phys.Rev.Lett.和PNAS等权威期刊上。
