  简历

  1987年本科毕业于北京大学物理系,1992年北京大学物理系获博士学位。先后在日本、美国等重要研究机构工作5年,之后历任中国科学院物理研究所研究员,清华大学教授。现任上海交通大学特聘教授,上海交通大学低维物理与界面工程实验室学术带头人,博士生导师。在SCI收录的杂志上发表文章230多篇,其中Science4篇,NaturePhys.3篇,Phys.Rev.Lett.20篇,Adv.Mater.5篇,APL/PRB40多篇,综述文章3篇。文章被引用6000多次。曾获2014年十佳全国优秀科技工作者提名奖,2014年第五届中国侨界(创新成果)贡献,2013年全球华人物理学会“亚洲成就奖”,2011年国家自然科学二等奖(第一获奖人);2011年香港求是科技基金会“杰出科技成就集体奖”;2005年中国科学院杰出科技成就集体奖;2004年国家自然科学二等奖(第三获奖人);2003年北京市科学技术奖一等奖;2001-2002中国科学院“重大创新贡献团队”奖;1997年国家教育委员会科技进步一等奖等重要奖项。中国科学院“百人计划”获得者(2000)、国家杰出青年基金获得者(2003)、国家教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授(2009)。
