  彭明营,男,1978年生,博士,华南理工大学材料科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师。2003年于中科院长春应用化学研究所获无机化学专业理学硕士学位。2006年于中科院上海光学与精密机械研究所获材料学工学博士学位。毕业后获Max-Planck Research Fellowship在德国Erlangen-Nuremberg大学Institut für Optik, Information und Photonik, 做博士后研究,合作导师L.J. Wang教授。2008年获得DFG科研职位,在德国Erlangen - Nuremberg大学Lehrstuhl für Glas und Keramik, 做高级博士后研究,Project leader,合作导师Wondraczek教授,领导完成铋掺杂激光玻璃DFG项目一项,讲授2008-2009学期本科生与硕士生核心玻璃课程,2010年受聘为华南理工大学教授。2011年被遴选为博士生导师,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,加入发光材料与器件国家重点实验室。主要进行新型光功能材料与器件的探索,研究与开发工作,在国际上较早国内最早开展超宽带近红外发光铋掺杂激光材料的研究,并对其发光机理进行了探索,提出了低价铋模型。目前在Opt. Lett., Opt. Express, J. Mater. Chem.等国际期刊发表研究论文50余篇,获授权专利6项,在申请4项。论文被国际著名学者Dianov院士,Ohishi教授,Meijerink教授等国内外同行引用1000余次,H因子17。曾获得中科院刘永龄奖、院长奖、上海市优秀毕业生及Max-Planck Research Fellowship。2009年获浙江省科学技术二等奖(排名第6)。在国内外大型学术会议作报告12次,其中特邀6次,在国际玻璃协会2011年年会担任光子玻璃分会主席1次,应邀为Chem. Mater., Opt. Lett.等30余种国际刊物评审稿件。目前承担国家自然科学基金面上项目一项,中央高校科研业务费重点项目一项,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目一项,广东省团队一项。
