主要研究方向:光电功能分子的设计与合成,光催化还原CO2的有机/无机杂化MOF新材料,抗癌-抗HIV-1新药物分子设计合成
1996—1997年在日本名古屋大学应用化学研究所做为日本学术振兴会(JSPS)访问教授,1997—1998年在日本东京电气通信大学受聘为副教授,2001年在日本东北大学多元物质研究所做访问教授,2003年再次访问日本东北大学多元物质研究所; 2003-2004加拿大多伦多大学做访问教授.
主持国家自然科学科学基金项目五项和广东省自然科学基金项目多项;主持广东省中国科学院全面战略合作项目,在国内外期刊(J.Am.Chem.Soc., J. Phys. Chem. A.; J. Phys. Chem. B.; Journal of Applied Crystallography;Cell proliferation;Crystal Growth and Design; Synlett; Synthetic metals;等 ) 已发表研究论文220多篇, 申请发明专利十二项。2002年获教育部首批高等学校优秀骨干教师奖。2007年、2008年和2003年获广东省科技三等奖共三项(两项第一完成人和一项为第二完成人),2005年获广东省科技二等奖一项(第一完成人);
本课题组研究方向为:
1)稀土掺杂透明半导体功能材料;
2)光催化还原CO2的有机/无机杂化MOF新材料;
3)抗癌-抗HIV-1新药物分子的设计合成。
