　　1987年7月——1994年6月被湖南大学聘为助教，1994年6月——1999年6月被湖南大学聘为讲师，1999年6月——2005年5月被湖南大学聘为副教授，2005年5月被湖南大学聘为教授，2007年8月被湖南大学遴选为博士生指导教师。1999年5月——2005年8月分别在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学、香港中文大学及香港理工大学作访问学者及博士后。
