　　蔡安妮导师组：

　　蔡安妮，女，1943年生，教授、博士生导师，多媒体通信与模式识别实验室。美国加州大学圣巴巴拉分校博士。专业领域为多媒体通信、图像与视频处理、模式识别、基于内容的视频检索等。先后主持过国家自然科学基金、863、国防科工委、计委专项和公安部等重大科研项目；其中完成的国家自然科学基金项目曾入选基金资助项目优秀成果选编（三）；完成的国家计委重大部门专项获得北京市科技进步二等奖。在国内、外刊物和国际会议上发表论文100余篇，出版专著、译著6部，其中与国外同行共同出版英文专著1部；撰写的面向21世纪课程教材获得北京市教育教学成果一等奖；在美国光学杂志上发表的论文被国际光电工程师学会收入20世纪该领域的 MileStone Book。email: annicai@bupt.edu.cn 。
　　Anni Cai received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara, CA., USA in 1988. Since 1965, she has been on the faculty of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, where she is presently a professor. She has authored and co-authored more than 100 journal and conference papers and six books. Her current interests are in the fields of multimedia communications, image and video processing, pattern recognition and content-based video retrieval.
　　 
　　门爱东，男，生于1966年2月，教授，博士生导师，图像处理和传输实验室。 于1987 年和1994年在北京邮电大学获得工学学士和博士学位，留校工作至今。研究领域是图象和声音处理、数字电视广播和宽带多媒体通信等。曾获得国家科技进步三等奖1次、部级科技进步一等奖2次和二等奖1次，以及“北京市高等学校优秀青年骨干教师”和 “北京市青年学术带头人”，以及教育部“高等学校青年教师奖”等。担任信息与通信工程学院多媒体技术中心主任,校学术委员会委员，国家广播电影电视总局科学技术委员会特邀委员，中国广播电影电视技术标准化委员会委员，中国电子学会消费电子分会委员和广播电视分会委员，中国电子学会和通信学会高级会员。
　　Dr. Men Aidong, Male, was born on February,1966. He is Professor and doctoral supervisor of BUPT. Professor Men received his B.S degree in 1987 and Ph.D degree in 1994 from BUPT, respectively. After graduation, he stayed at the university and was engaged in teaching and research work. His research interests include video and audio processing and compression, multimedia telecommunications, etc.Professor Men has won lots of various awards, including one time National Technology Progress 3rd Class Award, twice Technology Progress 1st Class Award of ministry or province level, and one time MPT Technology Progress 2nd Class Award. He also has won honor titles as ‘Excellent Skeleton Youth Teacher of Universities in Beijing’, ‘Youth Academic Pioneer of Beijing’, ‘Outstanding Young Professor in Higher Education Institute’ by the Ministry of Education, etc. Professor Men is now Director of the Multimedia Center of the School of information and Telecommunication Engineering，membership of academic committee of BUPT, senior membership of China Institute of Communications and China Institute of Electronics, and specially invited membership of Committee for Science and Technology of State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, membership of Subcommittee 2 on Wireless Transmission and Coverage Networks of National Technical Committee 239 on Radio, Film and Television of Standardization Administration of China。
　　 
　　王雷，男，1969生。教授，博士生导师，宽带通信与网络安全实验室。1993年毕业于清华大学，获工学学士学位；1997年毕业于北京邮电大学，获工学博士学位；1997年至今，任教于北京邮电大学。主要研究方向包括多媒体通信技术、IP网络QoS技术、音视频压缩编码技术以及网络安全技术等。先后负责或参与完成了国家自然科学基金、863、发改委产业化基金等多个纵向及横向科研项目；获国家发明专利1项；主持完成了AVS第8部分和第9部分的制订工作；合作出版教材3本；作为第一作者，在国内外刊物和会议上发表论文10余篇。中国通信学会高级会员，中国图象图形学会高级会员，中国电子学会高级会员，中国电子学会消费电子分会委员，AVS工作组系统专题组联合组长。
　　Wanglei, born in 1969. Presently, Professor at the Laboratory of Broadband Communications and Network Security, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). BEng in Communications and Electronic Systems, Tsinghua University, 1993; PhD in Communications and Electrical Systems, BUPT, 1997. Research interests include multimedia communications, QoS technology in IP networks, coding and processing of audio-visual signals, and network security. Completed research projects include the ones sponsored by NSF of China, State High-Tech Development Plan, NDRC of China, and well-known corporations; holding one national invention patent; contributing largely to the specification of the part 8 and 9 of AVS standard; co-authored 3 text books; published more than 10 academic papers as the 1st author. 　　全子一，四川人，1929年生。北京邮电大学教授，硕士生导师，图像处理和传输实验室。1990年开始博士生培养。参与并主持我国黑白与彩色模拟广播电视国家标准的研究。开发的数字广播电视与编、解码设备首次用于我国卫星传输和地面广播电视节目。曾获国家级科技进步三等奖1项，省部级科技进步一、二等奖6项。主编大学教材8本。现从事分级编码及移动多媒体的研究。
　　Professor Ziyi Quan was born in Sichuan province, 1929. Since 1990 he began to direct Ph.D. candidates in the University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests focus on digital video compression and transmission. His honors include one third grade of State Science and Technology Awards, and six other kinds of awards. He has published 8 books. His current research interests in scalable video coding and mobile multimedia communication.
