北邮信息与通信工程学院导师组介绍（一）

　　张惠民，男，硕士生导师，北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院教授，中国电子学会信息论学会委员，中国电子学会高级会员，曾任北京邮电大学信息工程系主任。1965年毕业于北京邮电学院，长期从事通信网，通信理论方面的研究。负责和参与近十项国家自然科学基金项目、国家863项目，多项信息产业部、校级资助项目，数十项企业横向项目。多次获得邮电部科技进步奖，全国科技大会、北京市科技大会等多项奖励。在国内外学术期刊和会议上发表论文50余篇，被SCI，EI和ISTP收录近二十篇。
　　 
　　吴晓非，男，1968年出生。工作于信通院先进网络技术实验室，副教授，硕士生导师。1996年毕业于北京邮电大学信号与信息处理专业，师从周炯槃先生。此后一直工作于信息工程学院。目前主要研究复杂网络，移动通信和IP QOS领域。
　　Wu Xiaofei, born in 1968, now is a vice professor of Lab of Advanced Network Technology(ANT). Ph.D in 1996, has been working in BUPT since then. Currently working on complex network, mobile communication and IP QOS.
　　 
　　郭莉，女，1968年7月生人, 工学博士。信息理论与技术教研中心副教授，硕士生导师。北京邮电大学基础实验教学中心主任。研究方向为移动通信、软件无线电、嵌入式系统设计。主持和参加的项目包括国家计委重点项目、北京市科委项目、国家863项目、国家自然基金项目、国家973项目、国际合作项目等。 2003年前往德国FH Darmstadt做访问学者，作为中方负责人参与德国教育和科技部支持项目的开发研究工作。多次在国际会议和核心刊物上发表文章。获得国家实用新型专利一项。为微软全球‘ImageCup’嵌入式系统设计竞赛全球第二名指导教师。获得北京市高校优秀青年骨干教师，国家级优秀教学成果二等奖。为中国通信学会高级会员、中国电子学会高级会员，北京科学技术协会会员。
　　Li Guo, female, PHD, was born in July 11th,1968. She is the associate professor and supervisor of the graduated student in the Research Center of Information Theory and Technique. Besides, she is also the director of the university Teaching Center for Foundational Information Technology Experiment. She is also the advanced member in both China Telecommunication Institute and China Electronic Institute. Her major research interests include wireless communication, software radio and embedded application system design. She has undertaken and participated in many projects include the Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the international joint project, the National 863 Program and the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program). She has been a visiting professor at FH Darmstadt,Germany and participated in the 2MN project which was supervisored by German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF)in 2003. So far, She has published over 20 papers in IEEE or others. Awarded the second Place in Embedded Development of International ImageCup Competition, Microsoft Corporation, as the team mentor in 2008. Awarded the title of “Beijing Excellent Youth Teacher” in 1998 and National excellent teaching achievement award in 2008.

　　张琳，副教授，硕士生导师。1996年和2001年分别于北京邮电大学获工学学士学位和工学博士学位。2000年12月至2004年6月在韩国情报通讯大学和新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后（Research Fellow）研究。2004年至今在北京邮电大学工作，2006年9月至2008年6月任北京邮电大学信息工程学院副院长，2008年7月起任北京邮电大学研究生院副院长。目前研究方向为：信息编码、3GPP LTE（SAE）演进、移动互联网智能业务开发、宽带无线接入等。近年来主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家863项目以及国际科技合作项目，发表论文20余篇，其中SCI论文5篇。出版教材、专著、译著2部。联系方式：************，zhanglin@bupt.edu.cn, http://ant.sice.bupt.cn
Prof. Lin Zhang got his BS and Ph. D in 1996 and 2001, both from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China. He was a postdoctoral researcher in Information and Communications University, Korea from Dec. 2000 to Dec. 2002. He went to Singapore and held a Research Fellow in Nanyang Technological University, Signapore from Jan. 2003 to June. 2004. From June 2004, he works for Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as lecturer and associate professor. He is now the deputy dean of Graduate School of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His current research interests include information theory, QoS and policy control in networks and mobile Internet. He has published more than 20 papers in IEICE, ETT and Springer journals.
