　　1997年在西北工业大学获得学士学位、2000年在西安交通大学获得硕士学位、2005年在Carleton University（加拿大）获得博士学位。2005年5月至今任教于北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院。

　　包括空天一体化通信网络、无线传感器网络、移动Ad Hoc网络中的相关信息传输协议，航空数据链，卫星通信，自适应传输，网络化目标定位和跟踪的相关算法，信息包分类方法等

　　1. 主持自然基金项目“绿色无线汇聚传感器网络的聚合拓扑与传输研究”；
　　2. 主持博士点基金“无线传感器网络多目标联合定位跟踪方法研究”；
　　3. 主持国家支撑计划子课题“多系统完好性监视技术研究及仿真平台”；
　　4. 主持航天创新基金“星地一体的空间信息高效传输方法”；
　　5. 主持开放创新基金“基于中继卫星的IP动态路由技术”。
