　　工作简历：
　　 1986年7月至今一直在北京林业大学水土保持学院从事水土保持与荒漠化防治方面的科研和教学工作。
　　 1996年至今兼任中国防治荒漠化培训中心培训部主任，负责荒漠化防治和水土保持技术培训工作。
　　
　　教学工作：
　　 1.1990开始为水保专业大本、专科班讲授“水土保持农学”（30学时）、“农地水土保持”课程（40学时+2天实习）；
　　 2.2002年开始为农建专业本科生讲授“农业建筑技术经济”（30学时）、“农业建筑学” （20学时+1周实习）、“农业生物环境工程”（40学时）；
　　 3.2003年开始为环规专业本科生讲授“经济地理学”（30学时+2天实习）；
　　 4.1998开始指导硕士研究生。
　　
　　研究领域：
　　 1.流域管理：包括小流域综合治理、区域水土保持规划、农地水土保持等；
　　 2.荒漠化防治：植被恢复技术、农地防蚀技术等；
　　 3.水土保持：包括水土资源合理利用与评价、水土流失机理及其防治措施研究。
　　
　　在研课题：
　　国家自然科学基金—菌根真菌对植物适应矸石山生境的作用，主持人；
　　科技部国合司国际培训发展中国家技术培训项目，主持人；
　　北京市京津风沙源治理工程生态效益综合评价，主持人；
　　绿地高效用水技术的研究与示范项目，主持人；
　　科技部“十一五”科技支撑项目“滨海盐碱地造林”（丁国栋主持），参加人；
　　科技部“十一五”林业科技支撑项目困难立地工程造林新材料、新产品及应用技术（王百田主持），参加人。
