  主要学习工作经历
  盖志刚,男,材料物理与化学专业博士,2008年评为副教授。2000 年,在山东大学物理学院应用物理系从事教师工作至今;在晶体材料与功能陶瓷重点实验室从事无铅压电陶瓷研究至今。
  近年来在高温压电陶瓷领域取得较好的研究成果,在美国物理快报(Appl. Phys. Lett.)、 美国应用物理杂志(J. Appl. Phys.)等国际重要影响的杂志上相继发表了多篇相关文章。共发表SCI收录论文20余篇,同时被EI收录论文23篇,论文他引次数47次。
  Zhigang Gai, associate professor, received the PhD degree in Material Physics and Chemistry from Shandong University in 2008. His research areas cover functional ceramics and their physics. The results of his research are documented in more than 20 publications in refereed journals. On the research of high temperature lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, the piezoelectric coefficient d33 of the NBN-based ceramic was found to be 27 pC/N, 50% higher than the reported d33 value (17pC/N)(Appl Phys Lett 89, 012907 ,2006). The piezoelectric coefficient d33 of the NKBT-based ceramic was found to be 25 pC/N, more than 2.5 times as large as the d33 value of the pure Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 ceramics (~10pC/N) (Appl Phys Lett 89, 202905 ,2006).The d33 of BTNO was found to be 18 pC/N, which is the highest value among the BTNO-based ceramics, and 3 times as large as the d33 values of the former not modified BTNO ceramics (~6pC/N) (J Appl Phys 104, 024106, 2008).
  Now, the hosted projects by Dr. Gai include “the National Natural Science Key Foundation (No. 51002087)”, “the Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education (No. 20090131120014)”, and “the Excellent Youth and Middle Age Scientists Fund of Shandong Province (No. BS2009CL034)”.
