  教育背景
  学习和工作经历:
  1985年9月—1989年7月,山东师范大学生物系,学士学位;
  1989年9月—1992年7月,南京农业大学农学系,硕士学位;
  1992年9月—1995年10月,中国科学院海洋研究所,博士学位;
  1995年10月—1998年6月,山东大学微生物技术国家重点实验室,博士后;
  1998年6月—至今,山东大学微生物技术国家重点实验室 工作。
  2005年5月—2005年9月,美国威斯康星州立大学高级访问学者;并先后访问俄亥俄州立大学、UCLA、夏威夷大学、华盛顿大学西雅图分校。
  2005年10月—2005年12月,荷兰莱顿大学,高级访问学者;
  2007年9月—2008年10,德国马普学会生物物理研究所,高级访问学者;
  2005年至今,一直与荷兰莱顿大学、美国俄亥俄州立大学、夏威夷大学、德国马普学会生物物理研究所保持良好的合作关系。

  研究方向
  一、海洋微生物学与海洋微生物技术
  1.深、远海微生物资源的多样性、重要的生命过程与环境响应。
  主要研究内容包括:深海、极地等极端环境下微生物资源的多样性、生命过程及其对低温、寡营养等极端环境的生态适应机制;微生物参与的深海、极地等极端环境下有机氮、有机碳的降解机制及生物地球化学循环过程;深海、极地极端微生物资源及其基因资源的开发利用。
  2.海洋蓝藻(蓝细菌)和单细胞红藻光合作用机理与调节
  近来主要研究内容:蓝藻和红藻光合作用捕光复合物—藻胆蛋白、连接蛋白的结构、功能与进化;藻胆体的三维结构、藻胆蛋白与连接蛋白的相互作用及藻胆体自组装的分子机制;藻胆体¬-类囊体膜光合作用光系统的天然超分子结构,包括藻胆体在类能体膜上的二维排列、藻胆体与光系统的相互作用、能量吸收传递过程及其对光强的生态适应机制。藻类生物能源的研究与开发。
  二、农业微生物学与农业微生物技术
  主要研究内容:木霉属真菌与植物的相互作用,包括促进植物生长、诱导植物抗病性的机制;木霉属真菌与土壤中其它微生物的相互作用;木霉属真菌对植物土传病害的生物防治及其机制;木霉属真菌微生物技术、微生物农药、微生物肥料的研究与开发。
  
  承担课题
  近年来,主持承担国家自然科学基金、国家863计划课题、973前期专项课题、科技部国家合作重点项目、以及省部级课题等多项课题,研究经费充足。
