  男,1955年5月生,博士,教授。2000年被聘为博士生导师
  中国动物学会理事,中国海洋与湖沼学会理事,山东动物学会常务副理事长,山东生化与分子生物学会副理事长。享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
  1981年山东师范大学本科毕业、1984年山东大学硕士研究生毕业,留校工作。1998年获博士学位。曾分别赴日本山口大学(1992)、九州工业大学(2000)、德国吉森大学(2002)等进行合作研究。
  培养的博士生有1人获山东省优秀博士论文,多人获山东大学校长奖学金。研究生毕业后适合从事动物学、水产科学、生化与分子生物学和生物工程等方面的教学与科研工作。
  
  研究方向
  研究领域为动物学、生化与分子生物学。研究方向为无脊椎动物先天免疫,包括先天免疫的模式识别、信号转导途径和效应分子(主要是抗菌肽)及其功能。讲授无脊椎动物天然免疫等课程。
  近十几年来一直从事无脊椎动物先天免疫研究。主持和参加国家自然科学基金、国家863、973、国家攻关和省部级等项目20余项。在The Journal of Immunology, Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences,Molecular Immunology, Developmental and Comparative immunology等国内外刊物发表论文100余篇。获国家发明专利5项。近年来在无脊椎动物先天免疫研究方面取得了较好的进展,获教育部2010年高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖—自然科学一等奖。 主要在下列几个方面开展了较系统的工作。
  1.感染的模式识别研究:多种免疫识别受体的发现,改变了先天免疫的早期的概念,先天免疫可以通过模式识别受体(PRRs)识别不同的病原相关分子模式(PAMPs),而实现对不同病原的识别,因而存在着某种特异性。我们以对虾为材料,发现了多种模式识别受体分子,对它们的性质和功能进行了较系统的研究。包括革兰氏阴性菌结合蛋白(Molecular Immunology,2007)、6种C-型凝集素(Molecular Immunology,2008, 2009,Developmental & Comparative Immunology, 2009; Fish & Shellfish Immunology,2009)等,发现它们具有结合不同病原菌或不同病原相关分子模式的功能。并提出对虾围食膜蛋白(Molecular Immunology,2006)和血小板反应素(Molecular Immunology,2006)可能与免疫有关,具有免疫识别的作用。
  2.免疫信号的调整与信号转导途径:在模式生物研究中,发现了多种信号转导途径与动物的先天免疫有关。包括在Toll样途径、免疫缺陷信号转导途径(Imd)途径、Jak-Stat途径、转化生长因子beta途径、p38丝裂原活化的蛋白激酶途径、细胞程序化死亡途径和胰岛素样受体途径等。我们近期的工作发现了多种可能参与免疫信号的调整的蛋白酶及其抑制因子,包括含有Clip结构域的丝氨酸蛋白酶及其同系物(Fish & Shellfish Immunology, 2009)、丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制因子(Fish & Shellfish Immunol, 2009)。同样发现了多种与免疫信号转导相关的关键分子,包括Toll样受体及其配体Sp?tzle (Fish & Shellfish Immunology,2009) 、IMD、STAT及多种磷酸激酶等相关的分子。初步实验结果显示Toll途径可能参与Crustin 抗菌肽表达的调控。
  3.免疫效应分子的研究:无脊椎动物主要的免疫效应分子为抗菌肽(蛋白)。研究了中国对虾和家蝇的多种抗菌肽的性质、功能与表达调控,并成功进行了原核和真核重组表达。首先对家蝇的抗菌肽进行研究,克隆到了多种家蝇抗菌肽(包括天蚕素、防御素、攻击素和溶菌酶等)基因,对其时空表达与调控进行了研究,并进行了原核和/或真核重组表达,获得了有抗菌活性的重组抗菌肽(Developmental & Comparative Immunology 2006, Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences 2006)。对虾抗菌肽研究: 对中国明对虾抗菌肽——对虾素基因进行了克隆与表达调控研究,得到2类(共4种)对虾素基因,在对虾中首次发现和命名对虾素5,在大肠杆菌和酵母菌中成功表达了两类对虾素这些抗菌肽均显示出广谱抗菌活性,具有潜在的应用前景(Fish & Shellfish Immunology 2004;Protein expression and purification 2004;Molecular Immunology,2007)。发现了多种含有WAP结构域的抗菌肽,包括SWD(Aquaculture,2008)、甲壳肽(Fish & Shellfish Immunology,2010)、抗脂多糖因子、溶菌酶等,并进行了重组表达的性质研究,得到了有抗菌活性的上述分子。
  4.抗病毒机理的研究:RNA干扰途径在无脊椎动物中具有重要的抗病毒功能。我们在中国明对虾中发现了转录激活反应RNA结合蛋白(TRBP)与真核翻译起始因子6(eIF6)之间存在着相互作用,可能与是RNAi途径的重要组成成分(Journal of Immunology, 2009)。另外还发现了多种可能参与抗病毒反应的蛋白(Molecular Biology Reports,2009)。
