  教育背景
  高建刚, 男,1963年12月生,博士,教授、博士生导师(2007年10月聘任),山东大学生命科学学院副院长,发育生物学研究所所长,“泰山学者”特聘教授。
   
  学习和工作经历
  1982-1989年为山东大学本科生、硕士生;
  1989-1992年为山东大学和北京大学联合培养博士生;
  1993-1995年在中科院上海细胞生物学研究所从事博士后研究;
  1995-1997年在中科院北京发育生物学研究所任副研究员;
  1997-1999年为澳大利亚昆士兰大学Research Officer(A level);
  1999-2007年任美国St Jude儿童研究医院Lab Supervisor;
  2007年10月至今任山东大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师。
  目前讲授本科生《细胞生物学》课程。
  2009年拟招收2名博士研究生。
  
  研究方向
  学科专业为发育生物学,研究方向为干细胞生物学。一直从事胚胎干细胞及基因功能的研究。
  
  研究成果
  成功利用胚胎干细胞和基因打靶(基因敲除和基因敲入)技术研究了多个基因的功能并制作了多个人类疾病动物模型。近年来在国际一流期刊发表了15篇高水平SCI收录文章,包括Nature, Nature Genetics及PNAS等。论文总影响因子超过100,他引累计超过360次。研究成果具有重要的学术和应用价值。
