  主要研究方向
  (1)小麦面粉优质的遗传机理与分子育种:包括面粉优质与营养优质相关基因的发掘和功能研究;体细胞杂种谷蛋白基因的分子进化模式研究;优质亚基的分子标记辅助育种;结合常规育种、基因工程育种、分子标记辅助育种进行优质、高产等优异品质的聚合育种,研究高产与优质的遗传规律;研究体细胞杂交小麦乳糜泻抗原减少的机理,探索低乳糜泻小麦检测技术,创制低/无乳糜泻小麦新种质或新品种;
  (2)在基因组、转录组等水平研究小麦种子储藏蛋白表达调控机制和细胞抗胁迫机制。

  主持的主要研究课题:
  国家转基因专项、国家863、山东基金、山东博士基金、山东大学创新基金等项目。
