西北农林科技大学生命科学学院导师介绍：江元清

　　1．个人简历
　　江元清，男，1974年10月生，湖南省桃源县人，教授，硕士生导师。1998年本科毕业于湖南农业大学，2001年硕士研究生毕业于中国农业大学，随后在北京市农林科学院农业生物技术研究中心工作两年（助理研究员）。2007年底加拿大阿尔伯特大学（University of Alberta）博士毕业。2007年12月至2010年11月先后在阿尔伯特大学生物科学系与美国加州大学伯克利分校(University of California-Berkeley) 植物与微生物学系做博士后。2010年12月起加入西北农林科技大学生命科学院工作。
　　
　　2．研究方向
　　植物（拟南芥、油菜）抗逆（干旱、盐害、冷害以及矿质营养缺乏等）相关基因的鉴定与功能分析；油菜种子、种皮发育的分子机理以及与拟南芥比较基因组学。

　　着重植物耐逆境的分子机理与油菜种子发育，运用高通量技术（微阵列，蛋白质组学）鉴定植物中决定相关农艺性状的重要基因，结合利用突变体及生物化学、分子生物学等方面的技术深入研究相关重要基因的生物学功能。
