西北农林科大动物科技学院导师介绍：刘福柱

　　刘福柱,1963年7月出生，陕西神木县人。农学博士、教授、博士生导师，动物生产教研室主任。主要从事家禽饲料营养方面的研究工作。多年来对略阳乌鸡种质特性、肉鸡脂肪形成的生理遗传机制及营养调控进行了系统的研究，取得了重要进展；研究建立了绿色鸡蛋产品生产配套技术。主持或参与完成国家、省部级攻关项目8项，获省级科技进步二等奖2项、省级教学成果特等奖1项、校级教学成果奖3项，曾获农村科技进步工作奖、教书育人先进个人；主持完成了8个大中型养殖场的建场论证研究与工艺技术设计。现主持国家支撑计划子项目1项，陕西省重大科技创新项目1项，陕西省攻关项目1项，科技部农业成果转化资金项目1项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文150余篇，SCI20篇，出版著作5部。今后将主要致力研究：以改善禽产品品质为主要目标的营养调控技术；应激对家禽免疫系统的损伤及营养调控；营养对家禽生长发育、生理代谢重要功能基因表达的调控。
