现主持“国家自然科学基金”,“航空基金”,“台达电力电子科教发展基金”,“教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金”和“江苏省自然科学基金”等多项科研项目。 研究经历 1)2008年6月-2009年6月,作为主要成员参与电流源驱动芯片的研究。该项目为加拿大国家自然基金资助 (Natural Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada)。 2)2008年10月-2009年4月,负责处理器芯片供电电源 (Voltage Regulator Module, VRM)的研究,由加拿大PARTEQ Innovations公司资助。 3)2008 年,作为主要成员参与加拿大安省Ontario Centers of Excellence (OCE)资助的计算机功率模块(Technologies for High Efficiency Power Supplies for High End Computers)项目研究。 4)2007年6月-10月,获得美国凌特电子公司(Linear Technology Corporation)柏林顿设计中心(Burlington Design Center, Vermont, U. S.)研究工程师职位,进行功率芯片(Power Integrated Circuit, Power IC)和Power System on Chip (Power SOC)等相关产品的研发。参与高频功率芯片(Triple 600mAx2/ 1200mAx1/ monolithic buck regulator)与Isolated RS485 Transceiver产品设计和研发。 5)2005年6月-2008年12 月,负责高频谐振驱动项目研究(Resonant gate driver techniques)。该项目为加拿大国家自然基金资助(Natural Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada)。 6)2006年4月-2006年8月,负责冷阴极灯管Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps (CCFLs)高频驱动研究,由加拿大Potential Semiconductor公司资助。 7)2003-2005年,作为主要成员负责大功率三电平全桥变换器控制策略的研究。该研究为国家自然基金(50177013)的资助项目。 8)2001-2002年,作为主要成员参与南京航空航天大学航空科技航空电源重点实验室与电子工业部第三十八电子研究所4kW通信电源的联合研制,并负责DC/DC变换器的研制。该产品已经进行量产。 |
