  2006.11 至今   研究员,中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院。
  2002.12 – 2006.10  博士后,药物发现与化学生物学中心,美国西北大学医学院。
  1999.09 – 2002.07 博士,药物化学,中国医学科学院和北京协和医科大学药物研究所
  胡文辉博士,现任中科院广州生物医药与健康研究院研究员,药物化学专业博士生导师。2002年毕业于中国医学科学院药物研究所,师从郭宗儒教授,开展COX-2抑制剂的研究,参与了我国一类新药艾瑞西布(Imrecoxib)的部分合成工作。2002年12月-2006年11月在美国美国西北大学医学院从事博士后研究,期间发明了新型抗老年痴呆候选药物——Minozac,已进入临床研究。胡博士的相关的研究已申请了二十多项国际和国家发明专利,发表了SCI收录的国际学术论文二十多篇。通讯作者论文主要集中在Journal of MedicinalChemistry;Europen Journal of Medicinal Chemistry;Journal of Organic Chemistry; Antiviral Research等国际著名学术刊物上。
  胡文辉实验室以药物分子设计与合成为核心,依靠与各个科研团队的合作,包括药理、药代、毒理评价等,确立候选药物,完成新药的发现过程;同时,依托国内制药百强企业,共同开发新药,形成完整的创新药物价值链。
