　　刘水冰，女，1974年9月生，博士。现为第四军医大学药理学教研室副教授，硕士生导师。2001年毕业于第四军医大学获医学学士学位，2005年获得第四军医大学医学硕士学位，2008年获得第四军医大学医学博士学位。是中国神经科学学会、中国药理学会会员，担任中国医药教育协会成人教育委员会理事。自博士毕业后一直从事神经保护和创伤后应激障碍治疗方面的研究工作。已发表SCI论文十余篇（以第一作者或通讯作者发表文章8篇），其中以第一作者在Journal of Neuroscience发表1篇（In press, IF=7.271），以共同第一（排名第二）在J Physiol发表1篇（IF=5.139）。自2009年以来，以第一负责人负责国家自然科学基金1项、科技部重大新药创制课题1项、省基金1项，参与各类基金6项。
