  工作研究领域:
  天然产物是新药研究的重要来源。迄今为止,几乎一半以上的临床抗癌药物和抗感染药物都是来自天然产物。近年来,随着基因组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学以及系统生物学的快速发展,天然产物的研究迎来了新的历史性机遇,发现和发展新的天然产物及其分离制备方法,揭示其新的作用机制和应用价值成为当前研究的一大热点。我们的工作主要集中于:抗肿瘤天然产物(生物毒素)的提取分离、结构鉴定、作用机制及其应用研究;天然产物在癌症预防中的作用及机制;中药配伍机制在天然抗肿瘤先导化合物优化中的应用(即组合的研究策略用于癌症);特殊生物资源的高效利用和开发。我们试图通过新的高效逆流色谱及相关色谱技术,分离和鉴定一些结构新颖的具有抗肿瘤活性的天然产物(生物毒素);通过代谢组学和蛋白质组学等方法发现一些具有潜在药物价值的天然产物;通过上游和下游的细胞生物学激活或抑制,发现一些天然产物的新的作用通路,为天然产物的抗肿瘤应用奠定基础。
  近年来,主持承担国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然基金及企业横向项目等多项课题的研究,在国内外发表相关论文二十余篇,申请和授权各类专利10余项。
