江源(博士),上海交通大学安泰经济管理学院组织管理系助理教授,Rutgers(新泽西州立)大学产业关系与人力资源管理硕士和博士,中山大学经济学学士和硕士。加入安泰前曾任教于印第安纳-普度大学韦恩堡分校组织领导系和中山大学岭南学院。主要研究兴趣包括领导和管理团队多元化与创新、以及全球及中国人力资源管理,对研究专业化程度高的知识型员工的工作流程、领导、管理系统尤为感兴趣。 江博士的学术论文发表在Academy of Management Conference Best Paper Proceedings, European Journal of International Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management, Small Group Research等学术期刊、书籍和会议论文集上。为Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal, Human Performance, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Small Group Research等期刊的匿名审稿人。曾获2014年中国管理研究国际学会最佳会议论文提名,2008年美国管理学会年会组织行为部“杰出评审”奖,2009年J. R. Beyster员工所有制奖学金。2002年为麻省理工斯隆管理学院国际教师会员。 除了研究之外,江博士参与了DBA、MBA和本科的教学工作,并获得较高的教学评价。江博士也为中国企业提供管理咨询服务,尤其是如何管理和激励知识型员工。
