东南大学学士和硕士，日本茨城大学博士，日本茨城大学博士研究员，东南大学博士后。2012年任东南大学城市工程科学技术研究院副教授及院长助理。国际土木工程FRP学会（IIFC）理事会理事、执委会委员，SAMPE土木工程复合材料专业委员会委员，中国复合材料学会土木工程复合材料专业委员会委员、美国混凝土协会（ACI）会员，国际桥梁与结构工程协会（IABSE）会员，JournalofCompositesforConstruction,MaterialsinCivilEngineering(ASCE),JournalofBridgeEngineering(ASCE)，BuildingandConstructionMaterials等十多个SCI期刊审稿人。主要研究方向为纤维复合材料的高性能化、长寿命高性能结构、智能材料与结构等。已完成中国博士后面上及特别资助各一项，江苏省博士后基金一项，正在主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目各一项，作为主要研究人员参与973计划项目、863计划项目和江苏省自然科学基金创新学者项目等多项国家及省部级重点项目。曾获2011年教育部科技进步一等奖。已发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI收录20篇。申请发明专利8项，授权4项。
