　　二、个人经历：
　　2003年毕业于东南大学电子工程系，获物理电子学专业博士学位，同年留校工作。1996年8月至1999年7月在南京邮电大学工作。江苏省通信学会光通信与线路专业委员会秘书长，南京光通信与光电子技术学会秘书长，OSA member，IEEE member，SPIE member。

　　三、研究领域：
　　近年来主要从事集成光子学及光子传感领域的研究工作，正在开展硅光子学、光子集成回路、光子器件、光子传感等方面的理论及应用研究工作。

　　四、研究成果：
　　在集成光子学、计算光子学方面做了大量卓有成效的研究工作，发展的全矢量频域/时域有限差分法（FDFD/FDTD）、映射迦辽金法（MGM）、多区域伪谱配点法（MPM）、束传播法（BPM）等数值方法广泛应用于光波导及器件的模拟、优化及设计，被国际同行引用数十次。主持或参与多项国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、江苏省支撑计划、江苏省成果转化基金、江苏省产学研前瞻性联合研究项目。OSA、IEEE等学会期刊审稿人。近期在国际核心期刊（如Optics Letters、Journal of the Optical Society of American A/B、Optics Express、IEEE Photonics Technology Letters, Applied Optics、Japanese Journal of Applied Physics、Journal of Optics, Optics Communications等），国内核心期刊（如中国科学E辑、中国工程科学、物理学报、Chinese Physics、Chinese Optics Letters、电子学报、光学学报等）发表论文40余篇，其中被SCI收录20余篇，EI收录30余篇。目前正从事硅光子学及光子传感方面的研究工作，并主持或参与国家自然基金、部省级基金及产学研合作等多项科研项目。
