　　1、学术简历　　
　　现主要从事计算生物学、计算机辅助药物设计和生物信息学等方面的研究。近年来致力于神经退行性疾病的发病机理及合理药物设计、蛋白质结构-功能关系等方向的研究。
　　近年来累计在国际学术期刊发表SCI检索收录论文90余篇，其中一系列论文发表于本领域国际权威期刊，论文被国际同行他引超过500次。
　　 2、教学情况

　　先后承担了本科生和研究生《现代生物学进展》，《生物信息学》，《Seminar》等课程的教学工作，教学效果良好。
　　3、研究生培养情况：指导研究生多名。
　　4、主要教学科研成果：

　　① 近年来先后主持或作为主要研究者参与国家自然科学基金和山东省自然科学基金等课题多项。
　　② 先后获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（自然科学奖）二等奖、山东省高等学校优秀科研成果奖（自然科学类）一等奖等各类科研奖项。
