　　简历：
　　48岁，于1982年考入北京师范大学数学系，1989年毕业于该系应用数学专业并获得理学硕士学位。1989年7月分配到中国科学院心理研究所，目前为社会与工程心理研究室副研究员。研究方向为广告与消费心理，目前的研究兴趣有：企业形象战略、顾客满意度和网上购物决策。擅长于心理统计与心理学研究方法方面的研究与应用,其研究成果“心理量的模糊理论、方法及其应用”获得1994年度中国科学院科技进步二等奖；“广告作品评价系统的研制”获得1994年度山东省科技进步三等奖。已发表学术论文60余篇。
