　　Good morning, my dear teachers! I’m very pleased to be here for this interview. Today I would like to answer whatever questions you may raise and I hope I can make a good performance. Now please allow me to introduce myself. My name is ***, ** years old. I am a local person from south Baoding, Hebei Province. My undergraduate period will be accomplished in **** University in July this year. My major is Energy and Power System and Automation.
　　Generally speaking, I am a hard-working student and I believe that “no pains, no gains”. During my four years’ college education, I tried my best for what I desired. I enjoyed the sweet success and I cherished the efforts that I paid at the same time. Besides, I think I’m optimistic and curious. Once I was confronted with a few setbacks, but I never gave in to these difficulties because “where there is a will, there is a way.”
　　Well, in my spare time such as the weekends, I may do something that I like. I’m fond of reading modern novels of the masters. I also enjoy listening to the music and watching movies. One type of my favorite movies is animation made by Disney and DreamWorks. I can have a lot of fun from the cute and humorous animals in the movie and improve my English. Sometimes, I go outing with my classmates around the city. I’m really crazy for the beautiful scenery of the lakes and parks in Wuhan. In fact, I also like go climbing with my friends.
　　I’m so grateful for what the college life has given to me, but I’m not satisfied with that. Because I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning. So I decide to pursue for a postgraduate education to make myself better prepared for this competitive society. I’m deeply impressed by the leading position of North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) in power engineering. And I’m longing for doing research under the help of some famous professors in this university. If I’m given the chance to study in this well-known university, I will spare no effort to work hard and I will show you that I’m worth of your choice.
