  传媒经营管理、人力资源管理、企业文化、组织行为等

  ►研究特色
  目前主要研究集中在传媒组织行为和企业文化、新媒体经营模式两方面。结合管理学、组织行为学中的研究模式与方法,特别是采用较为规范的定量研究方法,对传媒组织的经营模式、员工行为、文化氛围、行为绩效等进行研究
