Our lab is interested in how histone variants and histone chaperons, the key players in histone metabolism,regulate the changes of chromatin structure within the context of the broad intra- or inter-molecules interactions. Our current study will focuses on (1) mechanism of histone variants recognition by histone chaperons, (2) mechanism of histone variants displacement, (3) structural basis of histone variant with distinct function.
