个人简介

  王方刚,男,博士,副研究员。分别于2005年、2010年获得北京邮电大学通信工程、信号与信息处理专业学士、博士学位,师从王文博教授,科研生涯由此启蒙。博士期间曾访问位于美国纽约市的哥伦比亚大学近两年,在Xiaodong Wang教授指导下开展认知无线电及信号识别相关研究,建立了系统的研究理念。博士毕业后,在“网络编码的麦加”——香港中文大学网络编码研究所以博士后身份工作两年,并与网络编码、物理层网络编码创始人Raymond Yeung、 Soung Chang Liew合作,收获颇丰,完成了从“学习到工作”的过渡。期间于2011年9月访问位于美国芝加哥市北面的西北大学2周,于2012年6月访问位于波士顿西北的麻省理工大学信息与决策研究所2周,于2012年9月访问澳大利亚悉尼大学电信实验室2周等,与众多知名学者建立了良好的合作关系。
  博士毕业当年就职于北京交通大学电子信息工程学院,任讲师。2012年底调动至轨道交通控制与安全国家重点实验室,工作至今,任讲师、硕士生导师。积极参与教学、科研、及研究生指导工作。承担学校及电信学院的教改项目,开设主干课通信原理全英文课程、无线通信基础双语课程。以一作完成IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications等若干An1、An2期刊论文,并指导研究生完成若干SCI期刊、及IEEE ICC、IEEE GLOBECOM等通信旗舰会议论文。"If you prefer English, please refer to my English homepage https://sites.google.com/site/fanggangwang/.
