　　 1985年8月至1995年10月，历任中国城市科学研究会技术员、助理工程师、工程师
　　 1995年11月至1999年10月，城市发展研究杂志编辑部副主任、副研究员
　　 1999年11月至2000年4月，英国谢菲尔德大学访问教授
　　 2000年5月至2002年11月，城市发展研究杂志副总编兼编辑部主任
　　 2002年12月至今，建设部政策研究中心城乡规划建设处处长、研究员中国社会科学院研究生院教授
