  简历:
  生于1964年12月,河南省郑州市人。1983.9-1987.6,在郑州大学化学系学习,获得理学学士学位;1996.1-1997.1,在英国READING大学留学,主要从事天然产物化学研究;2001.9-2004.6,在郑州大学化学系攻读博士学位;2000-2005,郑州大学化学系副教授;2005年至今,郑州大学化学系教授;2006.8-2007.2,作为高级访问学者,在美国南加州大学化学药学系进行合作科研。

  主要研究领域:
  化学生物学、有机磷化学和天然药物化学。近几年来,系统开展了化学生物学、天然药物化学、有机磷化学等方面的研究,在药物结构改造和小分子与大分子相互作用方面开展了出色的工作, 合成了系列磷酰化黄酮化合物,并用荧光与ESI质谱法研究比较了黄酮及其磷酰化产物与蛋白的相互作用,并对改造的有机磷小分子化合物活性进行了研究,探讨了磷酰化黄酮抗肿瘤作用及其机理。与美国南加州大学药学化学系进行合作开展双膦荧光标记物的合成和作用机理的研究。相关的研究成果已发表在“Bioconjugate Chem.”, “Anal. Chem.” ,“Bioorg. Med. Chem.”, “Phosphorus, Sulfur Silicon Relat. Elem.” “J. Chin. Chem. Soc.”等国内外知名杂志上,“Anal. Chem.”上相关内容被 “Chem. Rev.”, “Nat. Prod. Rep.”, “J. Am. Soc. Mass Spectr.” 等引用,其中Chem. Rev. 用专门的段落对此项有意义的工作给予介绍。已经发表国内外论文40余篇,其中SCI 20余篇。

  4、联苯类化合物的合成方法、反应机理、相关化合物合成,2006年河南省科学技术进步奖一等奖。
