教学科研情况

教学：担任真空微电子与纳电子器件，微电子器件、光电集成工艺与技术、集成电路制造技术和凝聚态物理实验方法等本科和研究生课程的教学工作。
科研：主要从事新型准一维纳米材料冷阴极、场发射平板显示器的研制等

承担课题

现主持国家杰出青年基金和863项目等科研项目3项。作为主持人完成973子课题，国家自然科学基金和广东省科技计划等项目。
