浙江理工大学材料与纺织学院导师介绍：王龙成

　　王龙成，男，1977年1月出生，哲学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。

　　研究领域与研究方向：氧化物半导体材料及器件的制备与性能研究；稀土掺杂发光薄膜的制备与性能研究。

　　个人简历：
　　1994年9月-1998年7月 就读于浙江大学材料系 获得学士学位；
　　1999年9月-2002年7月 就读于浙江大学材化学院 获得硕士学位；
　　2002年8月-2006年12月 就读于美国德克萨斯大学阿灵顿分校材料系 获得哲学博士学位。
　　2007年5月至今 浙江理工大学任教。
