  学术成果:
  主持和参加 国家自然科学基金、973 计划、863 计划、中国科学院、浙江省等十多项科学研究和科技攻关课题。
  取得了一系列重要结果:
  1 )首次 通过原子占位有序获得四方或正交 NaZn 13 相衍生金属间化合物,观察到与原子占位有关的一些新的磁学现象;
  2 )总结出 YBa 2 Cu 30 y 超导体系 稀土在 Ba 位的固溶度与稀土离子的尺寸之间的关系,搞清 Pr 在 Ba- 位或 Y- 位抑制超导电性的原因;
  3 )发现超导温度与 c 轴长度之间的关系,提出一种精确测定薄膜样品氧含量的有效方法;
  4 )研究超导正常态赝能隙与氧含量之间的关系,首次采用 c 轴长度作为横坐标构筑高温超导电子相图;
  5 )实现高温超导薄膜由岛状到层状生长模式的转变,在近单个晶胞厚度的超薄膜中观察到超导转变;
  6 )合成了多种纳米功能结构,发明了两种大规模加工纳米点阵的新方法。
  已在 Physical Review B、Applied Physics Letters 等杂志上发表论文 120 篇,论文被国内外同行引用 400 多次。曾获中国科学院院长奖学金、法国国家科研中心奖学金、北京市科学技术一等奖、入选中国科学院“百人计划” (2001)和“ 新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选 (2006)。
