  范玉峰,教授,硕士生导师。

  主要研究方向:
  超精密加工
  具体包括单点金刚石切削、超精密磨削加工等技术研发。
  (1)单点金刚石切削:铜、铝等金属反射镜,高分子材料微光学元件成形模具(微射出成形、微热压成形)、红外材料光学元件、绕射光学元件等加工技术研发。
  (2)超精密磨削加工:研究利用金刚石微粉砂轮(树脂基、金属基)斜轴磨削、单点磨削技术等,在超精密加工设备上通过在机测量和补偿加工技术,开发超硬合金质材料超精密非球面透镜模具的加工技术。

  玻璃透镜非球面热模压成形技术
  玻璃透镜非球面热模压成形技术(GMP:Glass Molding Press),将在成形工艺参数诸如压力、模压时间、模压温度、加热时间及取出时间等进行研究和工艺优化,提高光学元件的成品率和效率。
  超声振动辅助加工技术
  研究内容主要包括超声振动辅助磨削加工技术和超声振动辅助切削技术。超声振动辅助加工技术是加工硬脆性材料的重要加工方法之一,具有重要的理论意义和广阔的应用发展前景。
