  研究领域
  主要从事昆虫免疫学、昆虫功能基因组等方面的研究工作。
  
  目前主要承担的科研项目包括:
  稻飞虱基因组数据分析和规模化功能基因鉴定(国家重点基础研究发展计划“973”计划)。
  家蚕重要经济性状功能基因的克隆、分子调控与应用研究(国家“863”计划)。
  农业部转基因生物新品种培育重大专项课题-安全转基因技术研究。
  家蚕功能基因的表达调控抑制浓核病毒在宿主中肠复制的分子机制(国家自然科学基金面上项目)
  利用差减杂交技术分离家蚕抗浓核病毒感染基因(教育部高等学校博士学科点专项基金)。
  蓖麻蚕先天性免疫反应分子机制的研究(教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金项目)。
  家蚕抗杆状病毒感染的分子机制(浙江省自然科学基金面上项目)。
  家蚕与病毒互作分子机制研究(浙江省钱江人才计划)。
