  辛焕海,男,博士,硕导,副博导,浙大首批求是青年学者。
  发表SCI、EI等论文50余篇,主持国家自然科学基金项目2项。
  国际期刊JARDCS的编委,EPES、ETEP、EPSR、自动化学报、中国电机工程学报等期刊审稿人。

  工作研究领域
  1、电力系统稳定分析和控制:
  主要研究饱和约束电力系统稳定性分析,大规模电力系统动态电压稳定分析和稳定裕度,非线性控制;
  2、分布式发电和新能源并网优化与控制技术:
  主要研究大规模高密度风光发电机并网控制技术、风光储微网中央控制与能量管理策略。
