　　赵小立，浙江大学遗传学研究所副教授，浙江省生物化学与分子生物学学会常务理事。
　　1983年杭州大学生物系本科毕业，
　　1990年杭州大学生物系动物学专业细胞生物学方向硕士毕业，留校承担《生物化学》、《基因工程实验》等课程的教学工作，是国家精品课《生命科学导论》团队的主要骨干。
　　1997.8-1998.7赴美国Valpraso大学作访问学者。
　　曾作为主要骨干参加首届“863”项目—草鱼抗出血病的细胞工程和基因工程育种，参与了鱼类细胞融合、鱼类细胞核移植和转基因鱼的培育，部分成果收入“经济鱼类细胞融合研究”项目，并获得93年浙江省科技进步奖优秀奖（本人列第五完成人）；
　　参加浙江省攻关项目—大麦抗黄花叶病的细胞工程和基因工程育种，建立了国际上第一个抗大麦黄花叶病毒的单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株，并建立了大麦黄花叶病毒的免疫检测技术。
　　相关成果获得了 97年浙江省科技进步奖二等奖（本人列第五完成人）；
　　参加饲料复合酶制剂研究技术的研究，诱变筛选出一株高产复合酶菌株，相关成果获95年浙江省科技进步奖三等奖（本人列第三完成人），
　　2000年以来主要参与人和小鼠的胚胎干细胞的建系及定向分化研究，参与建立了浙江省第一株人胚胎干细胞系，用哈佛大学赠送的人胚胎干细胞系和自己建立细胞系，定向诱导出血管平滑肌、心肌、神经细胞等成体细胞；
　　用小鼠胚胎干细胞及大鼠和兔骨髓间充质干细胞为材料，定向诱导出成骨细胞、神经细胞、胰岛细胞、心肌细胞等成体细胞，探讨了有关分化发育的机理。近来还开展了人和小鼠诱导型胚胎干细胞（iPS）建系。
