个人简介
89年和94毕业于浙江大学医学院获学士和硕士学位。
2005年毕业于浙江大学获理学博士学位,先后在香港中文大学(2003-2005、2006)作博士课题和博士后研究、香港大学分子生物学研究所作博士后研究(2008-2009)。
目前为浙大医学部基础系副教授,解剖和组织胚胎学兼跨细胞生物学专业硕士生导师。
96至97年在联邦德国吕贝克医科大学解剖所留学1年。2003--08年香港中文大学和香港大学访问学者。
是《Toxicology letters》,《Microscopy technique &Research》和《The Anatomical Record》等国际杂志审稿人。

研究方向:
主要研究兴趣为阿尔茨海默病(AD)脑衰老分子机制和IBS内脏感觉过敏机制。
研究手段:
1.神经元原代细胞培养和PC12、SK-N-SH细胞行为学观察;
2.荧光标记的LNA miRNAs探针原位杂交检测;
3.免疫荧光突触标记、激光共聚焦显微和免疫电镜的神经元形态学研究;
4.实时定量PCR法检测神经元miRNAs成熟体表达;
5.免疫印迹法测定;流式细胞仪检测凋亡率;
6. miRNAs基因沉默。
