烟台海岸带可持续发展研究所导师介绍：李宝泉

　　李宝泉，男，博士，副研究员。2006年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所，获海洋生物学专业博士学位。近年来先后作为主要人员参加了科学院重点项目、国家攻关项目、973项目和国家自然基金等课题10余项。现主持国家自然科学基金中荷国际合作项目、自然基金面上项目、山东省科技发展计划项目及烟台市科学技术发展计划项目等五项。
　　研究领域：主要从事底栖动物生态学、海洋生物多样性和动物地理学研究。目前已接受和发表研究论文40余篇，其中SCI收录10篇，参编专著2部。

　　招生方向简介：研究大型海洋底栖动物群落与底栖环境的相互关系；关注全球气候变化和海岸带人类活动影响下，大型底栖物种组成、生物量、丰度、生物多样性和群落演替的变化规律；揭示其受影响的范围和程度以及生物的环境适应。同时基于底栖动物群落结构特征开展海域环境质量状况和生态系统健康评价。
