烟台海岸带可持续发展研究所导师介绍:季乃云


  季乃云,男,1980年生,副研究员,博士,美国俄克拉荷马大学博士后,“中国科学院院长特别奖”获得者,硕士生导师。研究领域为天然药物化学,研究方向为海岸带盐生植物、藻类植物及其共附生微生物源新型农用抗生素的开发,重点运用化学表观遗传修饰技术对海岸带植物共附生真菌中功能性沉默次生途径产物进行研究。目前已从海岸带生物中分离鉴定的化合物超过300个,结构类型涵盖倍半萜、二萜、二倍半萜、三萜、二萜生物碱、生物碱、聚醚、甾体等,其中新化合物50余个,新骨架1个,特别是发现了大量的卤代结构,并且发现部分结构具有显著的抗虫和抗菌活性。在国内外重要学术期刊上发表研究论文30余篇,申请发明专利近10项。承担科研项目包括中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向性项目、中国科学院院长特别奖获得者科研启动专项资金资助项目、山东省自然科学基金、烟台市科学技术发展计划项目等,并参与中国科学院海岸带微生物网络实验室。
