　　傅元略博士、现任厦门大学管理学院会计系教授、博导，厦门大学会计发展研究中心副主任，从事管理会计和财务管理研究和教学工作。 2002-2003学年在美国加州大学伯克利Haas商学院从事财务管理理论和战略成本管理理论访问研究,现任亚太管理会计学会副主席和中国会计学会管理会计专业委员会委员，《Asia-pacific Management Accounting Journal》(亚太管理会计学刊)学术刊物编委，现任《当代会计评论》执行主编。曾经担任过中国注册会计师、注册资产评估师、注册税务师;现还兼任2家上市公司独立董事，具有20多年的会计、审计的实践经验，同时也具有10年多年的管理咨询经验，包括主持战略规划、经理人激励制度设计、内部控制制度设计、风险管理和全面预算管理等咨询项目等实践的经验。傅元略教授长期从事公司财务管理、管理会计、会计信息系统与计算机审计等方面的研究、教学和咨询工作，傅教授主持了国家级和教育部课题9项，横向课题和咨询项目8项，在《会计研究》、《审计研究》、《中国工业经济》、《南开管理评论》、《财经研究》、《财经理论与实践》、《Asia-pacific Management Accounting Journal》和《厦门大学学报》等权威和核心刊物发表了50多篇论文，出版专著和教材10多部，多项研究成果获福建省社科优秀成果奖，其中有一项还获得福建省社科优秀成果一等奖。培养和指导管理会计与公司理财方向的博士研究生累计20多人，硕士研究生80多人，为社会输送大量的优秀财会管理人才。主讲课程《高级财务管理》、《高级管理会计》、《公司理财》、《企业理财理论》、《战略绩效管理》、《会计信息系统》、《计算机审计》、《财务管理理论前沿及其研究》和《管理会计理论前沿及其研究》。

　　The Brief Introduction of Professor Fu Yuanlue
　　Dr. Yuanlue Fu is a full professor and PHD student supervisor in management accounting and corporate finance, and is a vice director of the center for accounting studies of Xiamen University in China. During academic year 2002-2003, as a senior research scholar,  Professor Fu had been researched on the financial theory and the strategic cost management theory visit research in UC Berkley Haas Business school in USA. Now Dr. Fu is a vice president of the committee of  Asian-Pacific management accounting, and is a member of  the editorial committee of "Asia-pacific  Management Accounting Journal", and also is a executive chief editor of the journal of "Contemporary Accounting Review" in China. Dr. Fu was a Certified Public Accountant and a certified Asset Appraiser and a director member of  management accounting specialized committee of China Accounting Association, and also once was appointed  as an expert of the Fujian finance software appraisal board. Professor Fu has a lot of experience in auditing and the asset appraisal practices for more than 10 years and engages in studying on the management accounting, strategic performance management and corporate finance management theory and, in especially on executive incentive and internal control system for a long time. During recent 5 year , Dr. Fu has completed and been doing 9 research projects, including the national-level (national natural science fund and national social science fund in China) and Ministry of Education level and other level, at the same time has obtained the excellent research achievements, and published more than 50 articles in high level Journal, such as “ Accounting Research “ ,”Auditing Research” , “ Nankai Management Review” , “ China Industrial Economics” and  "Asia-pacific  Management Accounting Journal";  and has published more than 10 books. In his research achievements, there are many research results that have got the excellent achievement awards of Fujian Province social science. Dr. Fu has taught and directed the master's degree student more than 50 people (including more than 30 people have got Master degree), and directed and taught the PHD students 22 people (including 17 people had got PHD degree).
