   2001.3毕业于日本长崎大学海洋资源学专业获得博士学位,2002.10进入厦门大学生命科学学院生物学博士后流动站从事博士后研究,于2004.8出站。出站后留校,担任讲师。在教学方面承担了三门本科生课程(生物化学,生物化学实验技术和食品成份分析与质检),教学效果经学生和教师测评达到良好以上;在科研方面,主要研究方向为生物化学,酶学以及水产品鲜度。目前作为负责人主持4项课题
的研究(国家基金1项,教育部2项和省基金1项),同时以第二参与者参与了国家基金和省基金课题各一项的研究;在最近5年内,以第一作者发表学术论文7篇,其中在本学科一类核心刊物(SCI)上发表3篇,二类刊物上4篇;其他合作(第二作者以后)正式发表论文共 14篇,其中一类核心刊物上发表7,二类刊物上7篇。

酶的分离纯化、结构与功能、构象与活力的关系、酶作用动力学、酶活力调控机理、抑制作用机理;酶产品及酶抑制剂的开发与应用等。
   Our research is focused on the molecular enzymology, including structure, function and kinetics of enzyme; Regulation mechanism of enzymatic activity; Application of enzyme and inhibitors.
