　　赵丽霞,女,陕西清涧人,1956年10月出生于西安。1974年，高中毕业。1974年10月-1977年2月，西安市郊区丈八沟乡甘家寨，知识青年。 1977年3月-1980年1月，厦门大学化学系电化学专业（学生，工农兵学员）。1980年2月-1983年8月，核工业部第三研究院（技术员，助理工程师）。1983年9月-1986年6月，武汉大学图书情报学院情报系（硕士研究生），导师严怡民教授，获理学硕士学位。1986年7月-1992年2 月，西安交通大学管理学院信息管理系（助教，讲师）。1992年2月-1996年6月，西安交通大学人口与经济研究所（博士研究生），导师蒋正华教授，获工学博士。1996年10月至今，厦门大学经济学院计划统计系经济管理教研室（讲师，副教授，教授）。
　　从事经济信息管理学、国民经济学等领域的研究，主持国家自然科学基金项目和国家社会科学基金项目、福建省软科学重点项目各一项，将旅游卫星账户（TSA）引入我国，为提高我国旅游统计与核算水平作出了贡献。
　　在管理信息系统（MIS）、旅游卫星账户（TSA）、能源环境与经济增长模型、经济增长理论应用等方面发表文章若干，出版旅游统计译著一本。
　　承担过运筹学、系统工程、管理学、经济学基础、人力资源管理、中国经济统计等课程的教学。
　　2002年9月-2003年8月，在加拿大滑铁卢大学作交流学者。
　　2005年2月-2006年12月，西藏民族学院财经学院援藏教师（兼任财经学院主管教学科研副院长）
　　2009年2月-2010年12月，赴南非斯坦陵布什大学（斯泰伦伯斯大学）孔子学院（第一任中方院长）
　　2001年至今，出席联合国世界旅游组织（WTO）在泰国曼谷、加拿大温哥华、菲律宾马尼拉、印尼巴厘岛等地举行的旅游卫星账户与旅游统计国际会议多次，出席在南非德班举行的第57届国际统计年会。
　　
        个人英文简介
　　Professor ZHAO Lixia obtained her Bachelor Degree in Chemistry from Xiamen University in 1980. She then studied in the Department of Information Science, School of Library Information Science, Wuhan University, and obtained her Master Degree in 1986. After six years of teaching in Xi'an Jiaotong University, she went on to study demography and economic development in the Institute of Population and Economy in Xi'an Jiaotong University, and obtained her Ph.D. in 1996.
　　She is currently a professor of economics in the Department of Planning and Statistics.
　　Her research interests include management of economic information, national economic accounts, and etc. Since her time in Xiamen University, she has been granted various projects from the National Natural Science Fundation of China, National Social Science Fundation of China, as well as from other prestiged provincial and local research instituions. She pioneered to introduce and construct the Tourism Satellite Accouts （TSA） for China, which enhanced the accuracy and credibility of the statistics of the Chinese tourism economy, and enabled the statistics to be comparable and understood on a common international platform.
　　During her time in Xiamen Univeristy, she has published many articles on management of information science （MIS）, Tourism Satellite Accouts （TSA）, model research on energy, environment and economic growth, and applications of economic growth theories. From 2002 to 2003, she was a visiting professor in Waterloo University, Canada. From 2009-2010, she was appointed as the Director of Confucius Institute at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. She has also attended many international conferences both in China and abroad.
