　　男，1975年11月生，1997年7月毕业于第二军医大学药学院，获理学学士学位；同年攻读第二军医大学药学院天然药物化学专业硕士研究生，从事海洋生物活性肽类成分的分离和结构解析工作。2000年6月获药物化学硕士学位；同年考取第二军医大学基础部细胞生物学教研室博士研究生，主要研究方向为肝干细胞的生物学，2003年获得医学博士学位。2007年至2010年于美国SCRIPPS研究所从事博士后研究。2010年入选第二军医大学优秀青年学者。目前主要从事胚胎干细胞和成体干细胞（如神经干细胞、肝干细胞）的自我更新和定向分化研究。以第一作者在Cell Stem Cell、PNAS、Stem Cells等SCI收录杂志发表论文和评述12篇。
